Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
For any return requests, please contact us at info.support@mariniclothing.com. We do not accept returns or process inquiries via Instagram or direct messages.

NOTE: 

For items purchased during our Sale (Bundle or using discount code too), MARINI does not offer the possibility for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for an other item from the collection or can be redeemed for store credit. 

Please note: For orders placed during the Black Friday period, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances. Only exchanges or store credit are available for eligible items.

- What are the return conditions?

Return period
We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

  • Conditions: All items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, with tags still attached and suitable for resale.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable: Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund depending on your country. For orders under 50 euros, the shipping fee paid by the customer is only a partial contribution, and the actual shipping costs exceed this amount. Therefore, more than the originally paid shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For orders with free shipping, the shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Other Fees
    An additional €3 per item will be deducted to cover return handling and repackaging costs.
    If any customs duties or import fees are incurred upon receipt, they will be the customer’s responsibility.
    These fees may either be charged separately or deducted from the refund amount.

Return Costs Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.

- What are the exchange conditions?

Exchange Policy

  • Conditions:To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with tags attached and suitable for resale.
  • Process and Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse and reshipment cost. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm the new shipping payment. Once completed, we will dispatch the replacement product.
  • Other Fees
    An additional €3 per item will be deducted to cover return handling and repackaging costs.
    If any customs duties or import fees are incurred upon receipt, they will be the customer’s responsibility.
    These fees may either be charged separately or deducted from the refund amount.

 - What are the return costs? 

Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

 

- How long does it take to exchange a product?

If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

 

- What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

 

- Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

- Are there repackaging costs for returns?

Yes, in addition to the return shipping costs, there is a €3 fee per item for repackaging. This fee covers the costs of inspecting, preparing, and repackaging items to ensure they meet our quality standards for resale.

Please take this into consideration when planning your return or exchange.

International Exchange Fee (Outside the European Union)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, an additional €10 processing fee per item applies in case of exchange.

This fee covers international return handling, customs coordination, warehouse intake, inspection, and administrative processing related to cross-border shipments.

This €10 fee per item is separate from:

  • The return shipping cost paid by the customer

  • The reshipping cost for the replacement item

  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes

By placing an order outside the European Union, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these international exchange conditions.

 

- What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@mariniclothing.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

 

- What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer service for the possibilities.

 

- How long does a refund take?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank
